TRIREC’s investment mandate is centred on accelerating global decarbonization through scalable, technology-driven solutions. Across all three funds, we have focused on backing companies that sit at the intersection of climate impact and long-term commercial viability. Our investments span the Energy, Buildings, Mobility, and Industrial sectors, targeting the key systems that underpin the global transition to a low-carbon economy. Overview of Our Funds

Fund I – Climate-Tech 1.0 (2015)
Focused on foundational climate infrastructure, backing early innovations in solar, storage, and mobility across the U.S. and Southeast Asia as falling renewable energy costs accelerated electrification.

Key exits from this fund include Sunseap, Gazelle, and Xnergy, reflecting strong value creation across early climate technologies.

Fund II – Climate-Tech 1.5 (2022)
Shifted toward infrastructure-scale solutions, investing in technologies such as green hydrogen and carbon markets that could integrate with existing industrial systems and support large-scale decarbonization.

Fund III – Climate-Tech 2.0 (2025)
Expands into regional resilience and industrial transformation, targeting advanced materials, next-generation energy solutions, CCUS, and AI-enabled technologies to accelerate scalable deployment across Asia.
